question on food stuffs for a wormery

I've just ordered the Worm Works. I had a number of questions I emailed some weeks ago but I never received a reply - maybe I sent them against the wrong category! You say in your FAQs small amounts of cooked meat is OK, but what about raw meat e.g. fat and gristle trimmed from stewing steak? Also, is fatty, salty or spicy food OK? e.g. the fat and skin you'd remove from a cooked gammon/bacon joint or left over curry? What about sour milk (if the contents aren't too wet already, maybe mixed with some shredded paper), or mouldy cheese/yoghurt, or cheese rind? We have a small lawn and the remainder of our garden is containerised. Could grass cuttings be added to the wormery or weeds? When kitchen-windowsill/supermarket herbs or salad leaves die off, can the spent plant and soil be added to the wormery?
