I need to but some new worms as mine have died. My booklet says they are £9.90 inc p&p but when I try to buy them online the website applies a p&p charge of over £5. How can I buy them at the £9.90 cost,

Apologies for the slow reply. We had some technical difficulties with the forum. They have now been fixed.

Apologies the website attempts to charge postage on your worms... it is a flaw with our current system and will be fixed when we rollout our new website in the next few months. They are actually a bit less than £9.90 what with the VAT being 15% until the 1st Jan and you can order them by phone on 01884 841515 or you can now actually order them online at the moment as we're offering Free Delivery until Christmas on everything.
